How do I create an account on PraticOS?
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, open it and choose one of the login options: Google, Apple, or Email. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your registration in seconds.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot my password" and enter your email. You will receive a link to reset your password. If using social login (Google/Apple), just log in again with your account.
Can I use PraticOS on more than one device?
Yes! Your data is synced to the cloud via Firebase, so you can access your account from any device. Just log in with the same account.
How do I create a new service order?
On the home screen, tap the "+" button in the upper corner. Fill in the customer data, service description, photos (if needed), and values. Tap "Save" to create the service order.
Is my data safe on PraticOS?
Yes! We use Firebase for storage, which offers encryption in transit and at rest. We follow best security and privacy practices to protect your information.
