How each part of PraticOS works on a normal day: scheduling a job, sending the link for the customer to approve, receiving the payment and, if someone works with you, deciding what each person can see.
Daily work
- Schedule The week at the top, each day’s visits with their time and the reminder before each one.
- Reminders Phone alerts before each appointment, a daily nudge at 9 a.m. and alerts for stalled orders.
- Share a work order Send the customer a link to view the order, approve the quote, comment and rate the job, no account needed.
- Checklists Checklist templates you fill in on the order, with photos, during the job.
- Financial Receive in full or in parts, with a discount, and see how much each customer still owes.
- Asaas charges Charge the customer of an order by Pix, boleto or card installments through your Asaas account. The customer pays on the order link and the payment is recorded on its own.
