Data We Collect

We only collect information necessary for the app to function:

Registration data: Name, email, and profile picture (when using social login)
Usage data: Information about service orders, customers, and transactions you create in the app
Technical data: Device type, OS version, and error logs to improve the app

How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

Authenticate and identify you in the app
Sync your data across devices
Provide technical support when requested
Send important notifications about the service
Improve and develop new features

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share data only in the following situations:

With service providers (Firebase/Google) for processing and storage
With artificial intelligence providers (Google Vertex AI and Anthropic) when you use the AI assistant
When required by law or court order
To protect our legal rights

AI Assistant

When you tap Speak or Photo on a work order, the text of what you said, the photos you picked, and the names in your catalog and customer list are sent to an artificial intelligence provider to build the work order. The audio is turned into text by your phone's own speech recognition (Apple's or Google's, depending on the device); PraticOS does not record or send the audio.

The providers are Google (Vertex AI, processed in Brazil) and Anthropic (Claude, processed in the United States). They use this data only to answer the request and do not use it to train models.

The assistant only acts when you tap Speak or Photo, and everything it fills in is marked so you can check it before saving.
