Agenda Overview
The PraticOS Agenda is a monthly calendar view that displays your scheduled Service Orders. It works with two date types: the Scheduled Date (when the service will be performed) and the Due Date (delivery deadline). The agenda shows orders by Scheduled Date, allowing you to organize your appointment routine in a visual and practical way.
Two Date Types
The Scheduled Date indicates when the service will be performed and appears on the calendar. The Due Date is the deadline for completing the SO. Both are optional and independent — use whichever makes sense for your business.
