Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a digital procurement system to use PraticOS?
No. PraticOS complements the procurement system. It manages contract execution after the procurement phase, not the procurement process itself.
Can I use PraticOS for existing contracts already in execution?
Yes. Simply register the contract as an SO, enter the contract value and the percentage already executed. The system will track from that point forward.
How to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously?
Each project is an independent Service Order. Use the dashboard for a consolidated view of all projects, with filters by status, company, and period.
Can the construction inspector see financial values?
No. Inspectors (Supervisor profile) have access to physical measurements and inspections but cannot view financial values. Only Administrators and Managers access financial data.
Can the contracted company access the system?
Yes, with limited access. The company is registered with a Technician profile and can only view SOs assigned to it, without access to financial data or other contracts.
Is it possible to generate measurement reports?
Yes. Measurements recorded via procedures generate automatic reports with date, responsible person, and photos. The SO PDF includes the complete measurement history.
Does the system comply with Law 14.133/2021?
PraticOS helps with contract management and traceability as required by law, recording measurements, payments, and inspections with complete history. However, it does not replace specific procurement systems.
Can I share construction progress with citizens?
Yes. Use the Share SO feature to generate a public link with construction progress, measurements, and photos. Ideal for public transparency.
